Q: What is the difference between AllergEnd and AllergEnd Plus?
A: The main difference between the two types of cover is the fabric they are made from. AllergEnd is made from a polyester with a breathable laminate which provides a barrier to the mite and its allergen. AllergEnd Plus is made from 100% cotton that is woven so tightly the mite and is allergen cannot pass through it.

Q: How long does it take to receive AllergEnd and AllergEnd Plus after ordering?
A: We have a 24-48 hour delivery service for orders delivered the the Metropolitan areas of the major cities in Australia. Made To Order items will take 5 working days to manufacture.

Q: Should bed linen be placed over the AllergEnd and AllergEnd Plus covers?
A: Yes, place normal linen over the top of the protective covers of the mattress, pillow and quilt. Wash normal bed linen at least once a week.

Q: Should the covers be washed before fitting the first time?
A: It is a personal preference whether you wash the covers first. Please be sure to check that the covers fit before washing as they cannot be returned or exchanged after washing.

Q: How often should the covers be washed?
A: It is advisable to wash AllergEnd and AllergEnd Plus covers about 8 – 12 weeks

Q: How long do the AllergEnd and AllergEnd Plus covers last?
A: AllergEnd has a 2 year warranty and replacement should be after approximately 3 years or more.
AllergEnd Plus has a 3 year warranty and replacement should be after approximately 4 years or more.
