Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

All our bedding products can be returned or exchanged in a brand new and unused condition. Washed or used items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

uHoo Indoor Air Quality Sensor has a no returns policy.

Within 30 days of the date of purchase.

SHIPPING for returns?

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error i.e. you received an incorrect item. All other returns are at the customers expense and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us in Burwood in good order. To ensure reliable transit it is worthwhile considering Registered Mail and retain the tracking number so the parcel can be traced.

CREDIT for returns?

Customers will receive a credit back onto the card used for the original payment or back onto PayPal/AfterPay if this method was used and only after the good have been recieved back to us in Burwood. Freight costs for returns will not be refunded.

INSTORE return option?

Customers can return or exchange unopened/new condition goods within 30 days of purchase at 13/127 Highbury Road, Burwood, Victoria, 3125.
